We’re looking for a caring and dependable Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team for a 3pm–11pm shift on a 24-hour care case. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others live safely, comfortably, and as independently as possible in their home environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing personal care and assistance with daily living activities
- Supporting clients with mobility, meals, and light housekeeping
- Promoting a positive, safe, and respectful environment
- Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors
- Documenting care provided and noting any changes in the client’s condition
What we’re looking for:
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable caregivers
- Previous experience as a DSP, CNA, or caregiver preferred (training provided)
- Ability to follow care plans and maintain confidentiality
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
