We’re Hiring: Full-Time RN or LPN – Home Health
Do you have a heart for caring for others? We are looking for a dedicated full-time Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to provide quality, one-on-one care in a home health setting.
This position allows you to focus on what matters most—your patients—while making a real impact in their daily lives.

📌 Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

What You’ll Do:
- Deliver skilled nursing care under the direction of a Clinical Case Manager
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and document patient health status and progress
- Support patients and families with education and care guidance
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure safe and effective treatment
