Position Overview
We’re looking for caring and reliable Direct Support Professionals to help our clients during weekend shifts, including overnight/24-hour coverage. This is more than just a job—it’s a chance to make a real difference in someone’s life while being part of a team that truly cares about you.
What You’ll Do:
- Help clients with personal care like bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Support mobility and safe transfers
- Prepare meals, assist with light housekeeping, and run errands
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Follow individualized care plans and document care provided
- Ensure clients feel safe, comfortable, and valued
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous caregiving, home health, or DSP experience is great—but we provide training!
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient
- Able to work weekend shifts, including overnight/24-hour coverage
- Must pass background check and meet agency requirements
