Independence Home Health is looking for a dedicated Direct Support Professional (DSP) for a case in Martinsville.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities (e.g., grooming, dressing, toileting)
- Support clients with mobility and transferring
- Administer medication as directed
- Provide transportation to appointments, errands, or community outings
- Encourage independence, self-care, and meaningful engagement
- Complete daily documentation and progress notes
- Maintain a safe and clean living environment
Compensación: $18.00 per hour
